If there is a failure or an error we will know within 5 minutes. We can notify you of the problem and its nature. You decide what to do next, either handle it yourself, or have us take care of it onsite or remotely at our regular rates. Remote Service Agreement You would pay a monthly fee determined by how big your network is. Just like the monitoring agreement we are always watching. The only difference is that when there is a problem that can be handled remotely (usually 90% can), we take care of it. When an onsite need arises, you can schedule us to come out at a discounted rate. Full Service Agreement In this case, we are simply adding all onsite work (including a weekly visit) for a larger monthly fee.
